These terms apply to your use of the EHScore website at ehappsbd.com ("the Service"), operated by Md Emran Hossain (EH Apps BD). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
EHScore provides football scores, fixtures, standings, statistics and editorial guides for general information and entertainment. The Service is free and is supported by advertising.
2. Accuracy of information
Match data is supplied by a third-party data provider and updated automatically. We work to keep it accurate, but scores, times and statistics may sometimes be delayed, incomplete or corrected later. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it for decisions where accuracy is critical. See our disclaimer.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish our data or articles in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our servers;
- try to access parts of the Service that are not public, or interfere with its security;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- click on advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text of our guides and the EHScore name and logo belong to EH Apps BD. Team names, club crests and competition logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown only to identify teams and competitions. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back.
5. Advertising and third-party links
The Service shows advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites, such as Google Play. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites or advertisers. How advertising partners use data is explained in our privacy policy.
6. No gambling
EHScore does not offer betting or gambling services and does not provide betting tips. Nothing on the Service should be understood as advice to place a bet.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, EH Apps BD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from any reliance on information shown on it.
8. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
